What does it do?

The Organizational Cone Diagnostic© is based on Dr. Nava Israel’s ground-breaking Cone Model© described in her award-winning book CONEtrolled.

This Diagnostic reveals

  1. how true the organization is to its vision and mission,

  2. to what extent it is oppressive, toxic, predatory, stagnant, or dogmatic, and

  3. how genuinely and effectively it serves the needs of all its stakeholders.

What's so special about it?

Many existing methods measure symptoms that often lead to temporary or “performative” solutions. The Organizational Cone Diagnostic© gets at the roots and undercurrents of the organizational ecosystem, empowering genuine solution finding and deep system healing.

This Diagnostic consists of
Part I: Highly interactive exploration of the core organizational ecosystem
Part II: Path-building to short- and long-term organizational healing

What does it require?

Courage and vision to actively seek flaws in your ecosystem, face inconvenient truths, and believe that a better way is both crucial and possible.

Good cross-organizational representation to ensure meaningful results.

Time (much, much less than what you will spend on trying to fix superficial symptoms of a dysfunctional ecosystem)
