Cone Self-Analysis
Reclaiming your freedom from those who control you

What is it?
The Cone Self-Analysis and Reflection process is based on the Cone Model© I have developed and described in my book CONEtrolled: How we’ve lost our freedom and how to reclaim it.
A "Cone" can be a person, a group, an organization, or a system thas has power over you, and uses it to control, exploitat, and punish you.

Each of us contains all the Cones to which we subscribe, such as our cultures, religions, community norms, nationalities, educational systems, economic and political systems, abusive families or partners, and almost everything else.
The more Cones we internalize, the harsher we become with ourselves without realizing it’s not us, it’s them. We measure our appearance, thoughts, successes, and actions against our many Cone yardsticks and we punish ourselves for failing unrealistic and harmful expectations.
How will the Cone Self-Analysis help you?
Throughout this self-analysis and reflection, you will
-
discover your strongly held beliefs and values
-
reflect on their origins and question their validity and their impact on your, and other people’s lives
-
find out how vulnerable you are to manipulative people and systems
-
uncover at least a few of the mind prisons (Cones) in which you are trapped
-
explore ways to rescue yourself from their grip
-
start your journey towards a better and more sustainable life as an individual, a member of your communities, a resident of our planet, and an integral element of our universe.

Note:
The Cone Self-Analysis and Reflection tool is a structured reflection guide that initiates a deeper self-examination. It is not a validated, scientific tool with cut-and-dried thresholds and categories, and in no way should it be used for any form of clinical or psychological diagnosis.
