What the course is about
This course helps participants develop the skills needed to navigate conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with confidence. It will teach participants to identify common sources of conflict, use principles of clean communication, and develop strategies to address grievances constructively through effective and respectful dialogue.
Time allocation: ~2 hours of videos
+ 1 hour of independent activities
