What the course is about
This course explores the deep connection between immigration and the experience of grief and loss. It offers insights into the symptoms of culture shock and the stages of grief, and their impact on personal well-being. Participants will learn to recognize symptoms of unresolved grief and explore strategies to navigate the emotional challenges of immigration and adaptation.
Time allocation: 41 min. of videos + 20-40 min. of independent activity


What you will gain
