Participant will uncover the hidden codes of Canadian workplaces and understand how policies, cultural norms, and legal frameworks shape professional environments. This course will guide participants in navigating workplace culture, mastering written and unwritten rules, and creating a personalized plan for seamless integration and success.
Time allocation: ~4 hours of videos + ~2 hours of independent activities
